So what im understanding is... The HARD CARRY (1) is the baby and the HARD SUPPORT (5) is the babysitter protecting the baby until it grows to be a big strong carry. The MID (2) is the father allowing the family to progress and set up everyones future. The OFFLANER (3) is the big brother who is usually a bully but shows some support once and a while. And the SOFT SUPPORT (4) is the mother who protects and helps everyone in the family.

If I had to give up my already meager support earnings to buy BKBs for the cores I'd quit Dota 😂

rer offlaner nowadays didn't know it was called suicide lane a long time ago. Since then valve has accomodated to make offlane suffer less and removed pos 4 jungler, but the basic concept is still there. As an offlane, you aren't expected to get the same net as carry. You are expected to get the most out of a dangerous lane, where 1v2 situation might come often. If you are an offlane main, please keep it mind that you pos 4 have to roam. The only exception when pos 4 need to stay in lane is when you have a good pair and 1. can takedown towers really quick, 2. can shove enemy carry out of lane, or 3. your offlane need crucial farm/xp and cannot perform without lvl 6 spike.

when i was playing league i never get tilted and I got to grandmaster doing that, but here in dota 2 there's just something about this game that can make a go fking insane and I think that's really slowing me down. its an effective outlet for me to release rage but I don't think I want dota 2 to be that type of game for me I want to reach divine (I'm sure asf I can reach it, I have the mechanics and game sense for it but I just drag team morale down when nothing goes right, I can see that but I cant just shut up for some reason) just because I think that's a good rank to leave on for a game that I don't want to reach the peak in (then maybe this different experience can help me get challenger in league haha)

This is a great lesson. The game is also still fairly even at 40 minutes so it's not like you were dominating.

I am super new to the point were i play normal games. I play this game for 3 Days now and i have improved DRASTICALLY from headless cicken to usless noob wich is an improvement. I know i am shit but JUST YOU W8 13 years of league do not prepare for this game.

ID: 7797979052 Archon 4-5 (me uncalibrated) I play pos 5 witch doctor. I get pretty much the perfect game start. 8 kills before 10 minutes. Their offlane cant do anything but feed while my pos 1 is freefarming. Still their pos 1 crushes us. This happens to me all the time where I stomp early game but lose late game badly. I've been hardstuck in archon for ages. Can it really just be bad teammates or what should I do differently?

I think the reason why Dota is soooo toxic is cuz its team game and is reliant in each teammates heavily like a piece of a big body. COD for example also has team matches but not as toxic cuz its still about your own stats.

Can you do one on Treant @ZQuixotix? His attack facet seems like it is promoting an attack minded hero but not sure if it's worth it for a support.

Thanks Zach, just dropped from 5.1K to 4.4K in 1 month due to doubledown and obsession of getting back what i've lost. This is a true reminder of what should have been. Dota is a game to have fun with.

Forced 50% winrate is true,even valve said its true,but this guy is not that good Just for example,pro players has 55% winrate maximum and those 5% seperate them from all of uss.Thats all.If guy calibrate 6000 mmr and has 9K games and have 54% winrate in ranked,take math. Thats all simple as that.

Everytime I come back to this video it really strikes me how little this guy wants to change anything. He's not looking to improve at the game, he's looking for players he looks up to, to tell him that it's his team's fault that he loses, or it's smurfs, or it's him being tilted. Never once does he think, "this is something I could do differently"

Just play to learn not to win and you'll improve, study other players, watch your own replays, take responsibility for the things you could do better, and just understand everyone is learning you arent going to have the best teammates every time, blaming them does nobody any good though, just always try your best and when your losing its simply a chance to practice and learn to be better.

Match ID: 7785038711 I am playing Pugna We destroyed lane, Troll had twice the net value of the enemy offlane combined at 8 minutes. He refuses to group, and wants to continue farming one more item. I try to rally the troops multiple times to try and push with our MASSIVE advantage, but fail to do so. Troll spent the entire game in vc saying that he needs to farm out Battle fury, then BKB and after that he needs MKB, and after he has MKB he needs rosh and THEN he can fight.. But at that point the enemy team has already caught up, and it is too late. I am relatively new to dota, but I have played 5k hours in League. I am currently Legend 1. I know that I am not flawless, and I only have 200 games so my game knowledge is still lacking in many aspects. Hope you take a look, the game is the biggest throw I've ever had in any of my games.
